Features:
PayMate’s context sensitive help system is available at any point through the program. A one line message is always displayed for each menu option which allows the program to be easily learnt and operated.
A standard pay can be created for each employee and automatically converted to a pay run, with provision to amend all details.
Unlimited numbers of leave types can be established for each employee and automatically accrued Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
Group Certificates can be printed on plain paper and transferred to floppy disk for submitting to the ATO. Cash, Cheque or Directly Deposited pay types are catered for with Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly frequencies.
A mixture of pay types and pay frequencies is permitted. PayMate has the ability to export pay run details to external software provided by banks for transfer to employees’ bank accounts.
Flexibility:
The pricing structure for PayMate is based on the number of employees. This allows the smaller business to purchase PayMate at an inexpensive price and update as the business grows. The low annual fee ensures full telephone support, updates and enhancements on a regular basis.
Reliability:
The pop up NotePad is accessible from any point in PayMate. An excellent tool for recording arrangements with employees or certificates and licences held by employees.
An alarm for "Do By Date" tasks is available.
InfoTRACE allows direct access to the PayMate database files. InfoTRACE will produce customised reports, letters and mailing labels. A powerful query system is provided to define groups of employees to work with. Multiple superannuation schemes are permitted with reports and enquiries.
An extensive range of reports is available which can be sent to the screen, a file or printer. There are more than 20 standard reports and listings.
